Week #3 – Learn to let go. I’m a people pleaser and I hold onto bitterness in situations where I could not please the other person. Learn techniques about how to let go in these types of situations, and be ok with say no or disappointing others.
Week #4 – Read through the book of Psalms
Week #5 – Organize the junk closet. Give things to charity.
Week #6 – No TV for one week
Week # 7 – Try one de-stressing tactic each day
Week #8 – Spend quiet time for 30 minutes each day
So, some of these are daily activities, others are one big project, and still others are more of a soul-searching type thing that doesn’t really have an easy timeline to it. I thought I would start easy by switching out the winter clothes to the summer clothes. The highs are in the 70s and 80s right now, so I’m ready for some short sleeves and Capri pants!
