Six months ago, worlds were turned upside down for the teachers and students at Sandy Hook Elementary.  When it was happening, all I could do was pray.  It all seemed so unreal.  I can’t imagine what they are going through, now that school is out, and all the summer family activities are beginning.

I read recently that they plan to tear down the old school and rebuild.  I hope they are rebuilding their lives as well.  I pray that they are finding peace and comfort all around them.  I just wanted to take a moment today to honor those who lost their lives and the families that are still grieving.
