Cayenne Chicken Recipe
Same ratio of Ground Cayenne Pepper and Salt (so if you use one tsp of Cayenne, then you use one tsp of Salt, just depends on how spicy you want it)
Half ratio of Black Pepper (so if you use 1 tsp of Salt and Cayenne, then 1/2 tsp of Pepper)
1 1/2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3-4 Chicken Breast
3-4 Avocado (use one with each chicken breast
Heat the Oil in a skillet on Medium to Medium High heat. Mix together the Cayenne, Salt and Pepper and massage into chicken. Place the chicken in the skillet for 6 to 8 mins each side. Peel and cut avocado into strips and place around finished chicken on plate. Serve with chips.
