Pan Seared Salmon

I really enjoyed the flavor of this recipe.  I will put the ingredients down below, but please check out the original recipe or my video for directions.  I did change up the recipe directions a bit to suit my taste.  I also halved the recipe since I only had two fillets.


4 6-oz. salmon fillets, skinned
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
½ tsp. ground cumin
¼ tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
