A couple of weeks ago, we planned a hike that didn’t go the way we planned, but set us on a great adventure. So, we decided to try again this Saturday.
We hiked in Hoblitzelle Park in Plano. Like most DFW trails, this one wound around several neighborhoods and apartment complexes.
The trail ran along a creek and there were several bridges we crossed along the way.
We hiked just under 2 miles and the weather was awesome. There were dog owners out, enjoying the day. As well as young families, runners, and bicyclists. We also saw a few of hot air balloons in the sky as well!
We had our friends’ dog with us. They are preparing to bring home a baby soon so we took their pup for the afternoon. After our hike, we took her home to have a play date with our pups.
We had a great time, and we look forward to our hike day next month!
