Penguin Planner

Today is National Penguin Awareness Day.  I so happened to buy a weekly kit from Etsy that had a penguin theme for the month of January.  So, of course, I had to use it this week to celebrate Penguin Awareness Day!

This kit is from Creating and Co, one of my new favorite planner sticker shops on Etsy.  Especially for the weekly kits.  They are pretty affordable for what you get, and she is always having some discount or sale.  And I love the quality of the stickers as well.

Now, this isn’t really a typical week for me.  I don’t usually have as many meetings, and I felt like I was always out of the house this week, either in those meetings or running errands.  I like being busy some weeks, but I look forward to a slower week next week.  I have some books that I want to start/finish and I’m hoping next week will give me the time to do that.  Of course, I feel like I’ve been saying that a lot lately, so it looks like I’m going to have to start scheduling in some reading time in my week.

Also, you might see that I have the same meal for both Saturday and Sunday.  What I like to do is make one main meal that we eat at home – sandwiches, chili, soup.  We are in and out of the house all weekend most of the time, so I don’t want to worry about getting home to cook something.  So we have a couple of go-to recipes that we use on the weekend, for the entire weekend.

Do you have a planner?  And if you buy stickers, what are some of your favorite shops?

    • Oh my goodness, you will not believe that when I took that picture, the first thing I thought was how my handwriting looks horrible! Thank you for the compliment! There are planners on Etsy, but this planner is Erin Condren, just the stickers are from Etsy. You can use the stickers to decorate any planner. But be forewarned, if you go down that rabbit hole, there is no coming back! 🙂

      • No wonder why I’m obsessed, I love Erin Condren. I always customize one for myself and then it just sits in my cart lol One year I will get one though!
